La sera del 25 gennaio si è svolta a Roma una riunione dei vertici della U.P.T.M. su convocazione del presidente Dott.Teodoro Calvo e del Rettore Ill.mo Prof.Giulio Tarro per procedere ad un esame dello stato dei lavori di avvio della struttura e di alcune connesse incidenze secondarie. Ad accogliere gli ospiti, il Presidente Dott.Teodoro Calvo,il Tesoriere e capo dipartimento per le Scienze Politiche Dott.Giovanni Tidona,il Segretario Generale e capo dipartimento per le Discipline Olistiche Dott.ssa Sonia Catalini, il Consigliere e capo dipartimento per le Scienze della Comunicazione Dott.Gianpiero Strangio e la Dott.ssa Natalia Stroykina capo dipartimento per le Scienze Motorie. Mons. Luigi F. Casolini di Sersale, Preside del Capitolo della Cattedrale di Tivoli e Rettore della Associazione dei Cavalieri di San Silvestro èintervenuto alla riunione offrendo il suo alto contributo pastorale, scientifico e spirituale. L’Universitàha conferito all’illustre prelato il titolo accademico d’onore della U.P.T.M.e la nomina come Presidente del Comitato scientifico per gli studi giuridici ecclesiastici, per quanto fatto in favore della nascita dell’Università, alla quale ha anche assicurato stima e simpatia per il futuro. I Capi Dipartimento e i docenti della U.P.T.M. hanno dibattuto ed esaminato, a seguito della relazione presentata dal Dott. Teodoro Calvo , lo stato delle opere della neonata universitàpopolare che, a seguito del perfezionamento di tutte le procedure giuridiche di legge ha acquisito il diritto di svolgere attivitàdi formazione e ricerca scientifica a livello nazionale ed internazionale, nel quadro dello statuto C.N.U.P.I. I Capi Dipartimento e i Docenti hanno presentato ed esaminato il programma vasto e complesso dei progetti che l’Universitàpopolare intende porre in essere in tempi brevi per tutte le attivitàpreviste dallo statuto. Analisi accurate e dettagliate in relazione ad alcuni naturali quesiti e di realizzazione pratica sono stati anche affrontati con spirito di competenza e di lucidità. Su tale programma hanno dato il loro contributo di esperienza, scienza e conoscenza, alcuni noti professionisti intervenuti, noti anche per le loro pubblicazioni in campo nazionale ed internazionale, quali la Dott.ssa Marina Baldi (biologa forense e specialista in genetica medica), Dott. Matteo Pio Ferrara in rappresentanza del Prof. Filippo Petruccelli (psicologo e psicoterapeuta, direttore dell’ISP e Capo Dipartimento dell’Istituto dell’Universitàdegli Studi di Cassino), Dott. Michele Ettorre (affermato biologo e nutrizionista) Col. Michele Turi (comandante di artiglieria del centro fires Targeting e Infoops dell’EI), l’Amico Sergio Sacchetti (coordinatore per le attivitàmotorie del Lazio e rappresentante del Collegio dei Probiviri della U.P.T.M.), Avv. Marco Rigon (docente universitario), Domenico Putino ( Responsabile del centro di formazione GFA della Salvamento Agency e sitruttore BLSD) e l’Ing. Henry Robert Tracci ( Amministratore Sei Safe) L’Universitàha conferito a tutti i suddetti professionisti un riconoscimento formale con l’attribuzione del titolo accademico di merito alla Dott.ssa Baldi e all’amico Sacchetti e del titolo accademico d’onore al Dott. Petruccelli e al Col. Turi. Nel corso della serata sono stati consegnati i decreti con la nomina firmata dall’Ill.mo Rettore Prof.Giulio Tarro ,per il Dott. Ettorre come capo Dipartimento delle Scienze dell’Alimentazione, per l’Ing. Tracci come capo dipartimento per la sicurezza sul Lavoro e Sanitàe per il tecnico esperto Domenico Putino come capo dipartimento per le AttivitàAcquatiche. La riunione èproseguita con una analisi dell’incidenza delle proposte dei suddetti professionisti sui progetti dell’Università Mons. Casolini ha offerto una sintesi finale precisa ed accurata degli interventi dei Capi Dipartimento e dei docenti in relazione a tutti i punti e a tutte le prospettive emerse, ringraziando anche gli illustri studiosi intervenuti per i loro qualificati apporti.
A meeting with the top of the U.P.T. M. occurred in Rome last January 25th in the evening. The event was organized by the President Dr. Teodoro Calvo and by the eminent dean Prof Giulio Taro for proceeding to the launch of the structure and other secondary effects associated.
Dr. Teodoro Calvo, Dr. Giovanni Tidona, bursar and chief Department of Political Science, Dr. Sonia Catalini, Secretary-General and chief Department of Holistic disciplines, Dr Gianpiero Strangio, Councillor and chief Department of Media Studies, Dr Natalia Stroykima chief Department of Physical Education, welcomed the guests.
The presence of Monsignor Luigi Francesco Casolini of Sersale, headmaster of the College of Tivoli Cathedral, dean of the association of the Saint Silvestro knights, gave to the meeting a great pastoral, scientific and spiritual value. The University awarded the eminent bishop with the academic title of honor of the U.P.T. M. and the designation as President of the scientific committee for the legal ecclesiastical studies, for his work made in favour of the birth of the University, assuring his great regard and affection even for the future. Departments heads and teachers of the U.P.T. M. discussed and analysed, after the report made by Dr Teodoro Calvo, the state of the works of the newborn People’s University, that following the enhancement of all the legal procedures of law, it obtained the right to carry out activities regarding training, national and international scientific research, in the C.N.U.P.I statute. Departments heads and teachers disclosed and examined the extended and complex program that the People’s University shortly means to perform for all those activities expected in the statute. Careful and detailed analysis in relation to some obvious questions of practical realization had been dealt with spirit of competence and acuity. These projects were supported by some famous experts who were present to the meeting. They are also famous for their printings which are known both in Italy and abroad. Dr Marina Baldi, (forensic biologist and specialist in medical genetics), Dr Matteo Pio Ferrara as representation of Prof. Filippo Petruccelli (psycologist, psychotherapist, Director of the ISP and head of Department of institute, Cassino University), Dr Michele Ettorre ( a well-know biologist and nutrionist), Colonel Michele Turi (head of artillery of the fires Targeting center and Infoops of the Italian Army), our friend Sergio Sacchetti (organizer of motor activities in Lazio and delegate of the Association of Probiviri of U.P.T. M), the lawyer Marco Rigon (professor), Domenico Putino (person in charge of the training centre GFA of rescue agency and instructor BLSD) and the engineer Henry Robert Tracci (manager Sei Safe). The University awarded all the above mentioned experts with a formal recognition and the assignment of the academic qualification of value to Dr. Baldi, to our friend Sacchetti and the academic qualification of honor to Prof. Petruccelli and Colonel Turi. During the evening, the decrees had been delivered with the appointment signed by the eminent dean Prof Giulio Taro, for the Dr Ettorre as head of Department of Nutrition Science, for engineer Tracci as head of Department for Job Security and Health and for the Specialist Domenico Putino as head of Department for the Aquatic Activities. The assembly continued with a deep analysis of the proposals, offered by the above-mentioned experts regarding the University’s projects. Monsignor Casolini gave an accurate, clear final summary of all the speeches made by the heads of departments and professors in relation to all the points and outlooks. Finally, thanking all the eminent academic for their presence during the meeting.

Les Chefs de Dèpartement et les Enseignants dell’ U.P.T.M débattu et esaminé, à la suite du rapport présenté par le Dr. Teodoro Calvo, l’état de l’ université populaires naissantes fonctionne que, après l’achèvement de toutes les procédeures juridiques de la loi, il a acquis le droit de mener des activités de formation et de la recherche scientifique au niveau de l’ècole nazionale et internazionale, dans le cadre du Statut C.N.U.P.I.. Les Chefs de dèpartement et les Enseignants ont présenté et examiné le programme vaste et complete de projets qui l’Université populaire entend mettre en place rapidement pour tous les activités continues dans le Statut. Une analyse precise et détaillée par rapport à certaines questions naturelles et la realisation pratique ont également été addressée dans un esprit de responsabilitè et lucidité. Sur ce programme ont apporté leur contribution de l’experience, la connaissance et la science, certains professionnels bien connuss ont intervenus, également connus pour leurs publications dans le domaine national et international, comme le DR. Au cours de la soirée ont été présentés avec la nomination signée par l’Illustre Recteur Prof. Giulio Tarro pour le Dr. Ettore en tant que Chef du Département de la Science de le Nutrition, pour l’Ing. Tracci en tant que Chef du Département de la Sécuritè au Travail et Sanità e pour l’Expert Technique Domenico Putino en tant que Chef du Département les Activités Nautiques. La réunion se poursuit avec une anlyse de l’impact des propositions de ces professionnels sur des projets de l’Université Mons. Csaolini a offert un résumé final precise et exacte des operations des Chefs de Départementes e des enseignants par rapport à tous les points et dans tous les points de vue ont emerge, remercier égalment les savants éminents sont intervenes pour leurs contributions qualifies.
25 января в Риме состоялась встреча глав университета Томаса Мора (U.P.T.M.) по приглашению президента – доктора Теодоро Кальво и ректора – профессора Джулио Тарро. Поводом послужило рассмотрение состояния работ по запуску проекта и другим вопросам.
На встрече гостей приветствовали: президент доктор Теодоро Кальво, казначей и заведующий кафедры политологии доктор Джовани Тидона, генеральный секретарь и заведующая кафедрой альтернативной медицины – доктор Соня Каталини, советник и заведующий кафедрой коммуникационных наук – доктор ДжанПьеро Странджо и доктор Стройкина Наталья – заведующая кафедрой физической культуры и спортивного танца.
Епископ Луиджи Франческо Казолини ди Серсале, глава собора в г. Тиволи и ректор ассоциации кавалеров Сан Сильвестро выступили и предложили свой научный и духовный вклад в помощь развитию Университета Томмазо Моро.
Университет присудил епископу Луиджи Франческо Казолини академическую почетную степень и номинацию президента научного комитета по религиозным и правовым делам за заслуги и участие в формировании университета.
Руководством и преподавателями университета было обсуждено и рассмотренно, по итогам доклада доктора Теодоро Кальво, что в результате уточнения всех юридических процедур, Университет приобрел право проводить обучение и исследования на национальном и международных уровнях, в рамках устава С.N.U.P.I. (Национальная Конфедерация Народных Университетов). Руководители кафедры и преподаватели рассмотрели программу обширных и сложных проектов, касающихся всех дисциплин предусмотренных уставом, которые Народный Университет намерен осуществить в ближайшем будущем.
В этот проект каждый внес свой вклад, опыт в науке и собственные знания, свой профессиональный интерес, опыт использованный для известных национальных и международных публикаций , такие как Доктор Марина Бальди (Биолог- криминалист и специалист в области генетики), Доктор Маттео Пио Феррара который являлся представителем Профессора Филиппа Петруччелли (психолога и психотерапевта , директора ISP и начальника отдела гуманитарных наук Университета в г. Кассино), Доктор Микеле Этторре (биолог и нутриционист) , полковник Микеле Тури (командир артиллерейского центра в г. Браччиано) , Серджо Саккетти (представитель региона Лацио по культуре и спорту от C.O.N.I. – Олимпийский Национальный Итальянский Комитет, и представитель коллегии арбитров в U.P.T.M.), адвокат Марко Ригон (преподаватель U.P.T.M.), Доменико Путино (руководитель центра обучения GFA , инструктор по оказанию первой помощи на), инженер Генри Роберт Траччи (администратор SeiSafe).
Университет наградил всех вышеупомянутых профессионалов официальным признанием с присвоением звания заслуженного академика. Доктору Балди и Серджо Саккетти была вручена ученая степень, а титул ученого звания – доктору Петруччелли и полковнику Микеле Тури. В ходе вечера были вручены указы с назначением подписанные ректором профессором Джулио Тарро для доктора Етторре как начальника отдела наук питания, для инженера Траччи в качестве руководителя департимента по безопасности работы и здравоохранения, и для специалиста, эксперта Доменико Путино- должность главы отдела по безопасности на воде.
Встреча продолжилась детальным обсуждением проектов, выдвинутых на обсуждение вышеупомянутыми специалистами, епископ Казолини пожелал удачной реализации всех проектов затронутых в тот вечер, а также поблагодарил присутствующих ученых.
